Selline kaasus: We are a small company and have developed a new product that we want to bring to the market and start exporting. We see that it has a huge potential for us and might sell for tens of thousands of euros per month. We see the need to have a marketing specialist in our company, but do not know what kind of a person. Should it be a young graduate who could learn together with us? Or a more experienced person whom we do not need to teach, but who could work more independently? Or someone experiences who could lead both sales and marketing and bring quick results? Or should we find an agency to do the work? We really want to succeed, but as a small company our resources are very, very limited.
